SOULFIRE RETREAT

Byron Bay

November 7th - 12th, 2025

  • A woman with long blonde hair practicing meditation outdoors during sunset, wearing a red patterned kimono-style robe.

Soulfire Retreat is a 5-night, 6-day all-inclusive, joy-filled exploration supported by life-changing yogic philosophy and powerful practice. It’s designed to ignite your radiance, detox your body, dissolve pressure, and reconnect you to your Soul’s guidance

When we quiet the mind and enliven the body the presence of Grace is always near by.

Inspired by my own painful detour off the path of Soul and the exquisite bliss of return, this offering is for anyone who wishes to find their way back home to their Wise Self.

  • People practicing meditation in a peaceful indoor setting, sitting cross-legged with hands in prayer position, eyes closed, on colorful mats, behind a glass window reflecting trees and sunlight.

The Soulfire Retreat journey is about igniting our connection to our spirit! It is a pathway back to our inner fire and the joy of being alive. In a world so lacking in soul, it offers an invitation to the wisdom that murmurs in our hearts, beneath the noise of modern living.

The uniqueness of you is unparalleled, and what turns on your light is unique to you as well. Thankfully, trust in an external Guru is no longer necessary. Yoga guides us to trust our own internal prompting—to choose what we love, and to create from the burning desire within us to do so.

  • A woman with blonde hair in a braid is leaning over and holding a lit, smoking joint above a sleeping young girl with curly hair, lying on a couch. Another woman with blonde hair is sleeping beside her.

What I love about gathering together in a retreat space (apart from everything) is the opportunity to re-member who we are. Through the pleasure of movement, laughter, delight, wonder, ancient scripture, and contemplation, we draw all the parts of ourselves back into the sacred architecture of our bodies.

There, within that inner realm, we get to marvel that something so vast and Infinite can animate and find joy within the finite and exquisite forms that are you and I.

Simply put, when we rest in, our radiance comes out.

KIND WORDS

KIND WORDS

  • I had the pleasure of joining Aimee on one of her retreats, and it was such a special experience. It gave me the space to slow down, practice yoga every day, and take a real break from the busyness of everyday life.

One of the best parts was being with a caring mix of people. It was relaxed, uplifting, and easy to connect. Aimee brings such a great mix of wisdom, humour, and genuine care to everything she does, and her energy really sets the tone for the whole retreat.

The food was delicious and the dishes were carefully prepared, and there was plenty of free time to rest or explore the local area. I came home feeling rested, reset, and really grateful for the whole experience.

You’re warmly invited to sit in Tea…

Cha Dao, the Way of Tea-is a quiet, meditative ceremony where we slow down, soften, and return to ourselves.

We sit in stillness, share bowls of living Tea, and rest in silence. This is your invitation to receive, and to simply be.

No experience needed, just come as you are.

The beauty of Tantric yoga, and any offering steeped in its teachings, is that whilst it upholds the premise that the practice is about enlightenment, it acknowledges that most of us, including myself, will not experience that in this lifetime. An equally important goal in this tradition is to have a beautiful life!

That is my wish for us all.

I look forward to walking this sacred path with you.
