I'm a speaker coach, wellness leader, and former Australian athlete and actress. For three decades, I have been exploring what it truly means to show up as your most real and powerful self.

My work spans corporate speaking and leadership, women's wellness coaching, and yoga, all of it grounded in the same truth: who you really are is your greatest asset.

In a world of grey and "fitting in", your real self is not a liability but a superpower. Realness resonates, authenticity is felt, and your truest expression is always your most powerful one.

In my corporate offering, I work on delivery, presence, and communication. What sets me apart is that I start with the nervous system, using somatic practices and tools to first calm, anchor, and ground you and the people on your team, so that what comes out when you speak is real, clear, and genuinely impactful. Because when your nervous system finds its rhythm, your voice finds its truth.
