THE SUBLIME RETURN
A weekend retreat into rest, reconnection and the tides within
Bombah Cottages
13 - 15 November, 2026
Come back to the preciousness of you…
Come back to the preciousness of you...
Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a spacious weekend of yoga, somatic movement, breath, mantra, beautiful food, deep rest and joyful connection.
Held among 100 acres of coastal bushland beside Myall Lakes National Park, The Sublime Return is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.
You do not need to arrive feeling calm, clear or completely put together.
You only need to arrive…
Limited to 12 participants
The space you have been needing…
Life can become very full. We move quickly. We care for others. We meet deadlines, manage responsibilities and keep going, often without noticing how far we have travelled from ourselves.
The Sublime Return offers something increasingly rare.
Time.
Time to breathe without rushing. Time to move without performing. Time to rest without earning it. Time to remember what it feels like to be fully present in your own life.
Across one spacious weekend, you will be guided through yoga, Yin Yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, mantra and embodied practices designed to bring you back into relationship with your body.
There will also be time to swim, sleep, read, walk among the trees, explore the lakes and beaches or simply do nothing at all.
This is not a retreat that asks you to become someone new.
It is a space that builds a bridge back to the preciousness of you.
Joy-centric. Embodied. Awake…
Know Your Body. Change Your Life.
At the heart of The Sublime Return is Aimee’s unique approach to movement, embodiment and self discovery.
Drawing on more than twenty years of teaching, an ongoing study of the nervous system and the life affirming philosophy of Tantric Shaivism, Aimee will guide you through yoga, meditation, breath and somatic exploration to reconnect with the extraordinary intelligence of your body.
As you slow down and listen within, your own rhythm begins to return, creating more space for presence, creativity and joy.

Bombah Cottages
A RETURN TO THE WILD
Just two and a half hours north of Sydney, Bombah Point Eco Cottages sits beside the vast waterways, coastal bushland and quiet beaches of Myall Lakes National Park.
The property is set across 100 acres of Australian bush, with architecturally designed eco cottages offering comfort, privacy and a deep sense of being held by the landscape.
Here, mornings begin with birdsong. Kangaroos and native wildlife move through the surrounding bush. The lakes and beaches are close enough to explore, yet the property feels completely removed from the noise and pace of everyday life.
It is far enough away to feel like a true escape.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Your home for the weekend will be one of Bombah Point’s beautifully designed luxury eco cottages.
Created to sit gently within the surrounding landscape, each cottage offers a peaceful and comfortable place to rest between practices.
This is not accommodation you simply return to at night.
It is part of the retreat.
A quiet place to read, sleep, sit among the trees and let yourself exhale.
All cottages and bathrooms are shared. Choose between a twin-share bedroom or your own private bedroom.

The beauty of The Sublime Return is that there is nowhere to get to and nothing you need to become. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen to the intelligence of your body and reconnect with the rhythm beneath the noise of everyday life.
My wish is that you leave feeling rested, nourished and more deeply connected to yourself, carrying something of the experience home with you.
I look forward to sharing this time with you.
