Month 2: Root of the Heart Meditation

Month 3: Column of Light Meditation
Stretch your awareness upward and inward. Feel spaciousness and radiant energy moving through your spine and body.
Month 4: Four Sections of the Spine Meditation
Reconnect with your full-bodied self. Move through the spine in four sections, awakening sensation, presence, and embodied awareness.
Month 5: Aham Prema Mantra Meditation
