This course, and personal mentorship, is for all women who want to know themselves in their true and divine nature… strong, beautiful, wise and well.

Goddess Unveiled: A pilgrimage to your power is six month online journey of personal growth and awakening through the teachings of Shakti! The pilgrimage will be guided by Aimee and her embodied understanding of the Goddess. You will be introduced to each Goddess, taken through practices and receive a one-on-one session each month to help you consolidate your learnings and share your experiences.

A gateway to the Goddess within YOU, the invitation of this course is a reclamation of the highest order! Each month you will have access into the world of a particular Goddess through asana, mantra, mudra, myth and meditation. The practices, stories and contemplation questions are there to open you up to her energies inside of you. If your are timid and shy, then Durga will ignite your confidence. If you are needing transformation, Kali will clear the way. If you are lacking in self love and often feel “not enough'“, Lakshmi will teach you love in all its forms. If you need quietude and inner knowing, Saraswati will bring you peace and illumination. If you are seeking holy partnership (either with the masculine and feminine within, or with another), Parvati will bless your union! We know these energies in our body. They run through our blood. And they are there to be invoked and called upon.

This course also helps all women to heal from the toxic illness that is the patriarchal construct that has “kept us'' small and defined through the eyes of the unhealed masculine. As a true lover of the sacred feminine we can meet her in all of her faces and facets inside of ourselves and reclaim them as our own. To be defined not by societies ideas of who we “should” be, but within the fabric of our own making.

My wish for you, and all women, is that we begin to honour and develop these Shakti’s within our sacred female form. Acknowledge that the very cycles of our body hold the destruction and creation forces of the Great Goddess herself. To worship at the alter of our own body. To hold ourselves with the strength and unwavering sturdiness of our own inner power and love. Infused in the spirit of matriarchy, we share that love, wisdom and power with the world. Because women, in our essence, are Goddess in living form!
