Awakened Body Yoga is a contemporary embodiment pathway informed by Tantric yoga philosophy, weaving together movement, breath, and awareness into a living practice that honours the whole of you: body, mind, heart, and soul.
This is not yoga as performance or yoga as escape. It is yoga as a full, present, embodied engagement with your own life. Drawing from the living wisdom of Tantra, the practice recognises your body as sacred intelligence and your experience, all of it, as a doorway to deeper awareness.
Each session is an exploration. Of strength and softness. Of stillness and movement. Of where you are holding on and where you might let go. Over time, the practice refines your attention, expands your awareness, and builds a quiet, unshakeable foundation from which you can meet your life with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

The Art of Awakened Body Teaching
The Art of Awakened Body Teaching is a mentorship for yoga teachers who know there is more to a great class than a good sequence.
What makes a class truly memorable, truly healing, is the thread of meaning that runs through it. The why that the student feels in their body long after they have rolled up their mat.
Most yoga teachers learn how to sequence and cue. Far fewer learn how to build a class around a central intention so clear and so alive that it transforms not just the practice but the people in the room.
Whether you are just beginning your teaching journey or are an experienced teacher ready to go deeper, this work will help you develop your own strong why, and learn how to weave it through every class you teach with intention, intelligence, and genuine impact.
You will learn how to theme and sequence with purpose, how to create practices that meet students where they are and guide them somewhere meaningful, and how to show up in the room as a teacher whose presence students feel before you have said a word.
